AiryBare Return Policy

We offer a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days from the date you receive your item to request a return.

If the return is caused by the consumer, consumer should be responsible for the shipping fee. The specific fee should be based on the express company you choose.

If due to our reasons, the goods received are damaged or not correct, and the consumer is not required to bear the shipping fee for this reason.

Return Eligibility

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition as when you received it: unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.
You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

How to Initiate a Return

• Returns must be sent to the following address:

• If your return is accepted, we will provide a return shipping label and instructions on how and where to send your package.
• Items sent back without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

The fastest way to get what you want is to return your original item, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period

For orders shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without justification.
Your item must remain in the same condition as received: unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.
You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Refunds

• Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you whether your refund is approved.
• If approved, the refund will be automatically issued to your original payment method within 10 business days.
• Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card company to process the refund.
